电针结合二妙散对急性痛风性关节炎模型大鼠步态及关节影响

摘　　要：目的:研究电针结合二妙散对急性痛风性关节炎模型大鼠步态及关节的影响,明确针药结合的疗效是否更加突出。方法:将36只雄性SD大鼠随机分成6组:空白组、模型组、秋水仙碱组、电针组、中药组、针药结合组,每组6只。除空白组外,均用尿酸钠注射大鼠右踝关节诱发急性痛风性关节炎。造模成功后3 h,进行第1次干预。干预后24 h进行第2次干预。造模前、造模后3 h及第1次干预后1、3、7、12、24、48 h测定大鼠步态积分及右侧踝关节同一部位周径、肿胀度。结果:模型组与其他组比较,步态变化及关节周径、肿胀度有显著差异。针药结合组上述指标的改善优于秋水仙碱组、电针组、中药组。结论:提示治疗急性痛风性关节炎针药结合可增强疗效。Objective ： Researching the influence of electric acupuncture combined with Ermiao San for acute gouty arthritis model rats＇ gait and joint, to know whether the curative effect of acupuncture with medicine is better than others. Methods： 36 SD male rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, colchicine group, electric-acupuncture group, Chinese medicines group and combination group. Besides blank group, the uric acid sodium crystals were injected in rat ankle to establish acute gouty art- hritis model. After the success of the molding 3 h, the first intervention was began. The gait of integral, ankle circumference and swelling was measured to compare each other. Results ： The change of gait, circumference and swelling was different between model group and others. All the indexes were improved significantly in combination group than other groups. Conclusion ： It was known that acupuncture combined with medicine can enhance the curative effect.
