摘　　要：目的:通过对肺癌、胃癌、肠癌、肝癌患者中医体质类型的流行病学调查,了解肿瘤患者体质类型分布规律,为中医疗法预防及治疗恶性肿瘤提供依据。方法:通过采用标准化的中医体质量表测评得分法及中医舌象分析仪检测法进行结果比对,获得123例肺癌、107例胃癌、117例肠癌及129例肝癌患者为有效研究对象,进行中医体质类型的相关研究。结果:肿瘤患者中平和质占18%,8种偏颇体质占82%;肺癌患者中气虚质居多,其次是阳虚质;胃癌患者以阳虚质、气虚质较多见;肠癌患者中以气虚质和阳虚质较多,肝癌患者中血瘀质较多。对照组人群中,平和质占32%,偏颇体质占68%。结论:不同类型的肿瘤患者有不同的体质分布特点,肿瘤患者与一般对照人群的中医体质类型分布有差异,肿瘤患者中医体质年龄及性别分布未发现统计学差异。Objective ： Through the lung, stomach, colon cancer, liver cancer patients with traditional Chinese medicine constitution type of epidemiological investigation, understanding of patients traditional Chinese medicine constitution type, provide basis for the therapy of traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment of malignant tumor. Methods ： Using standardized physical scale score evaluation method of traditional Chinese medicine and tongue picture analyzer test results, obtaining 123 cases of lung cancer, 107 cases of gastric cancer, 117 cases of colorectal cancer and 129 patients with liver cancer are made valid by means of the research object, so as to research for traditional Chinese medicine constitution type. Results ： Among cancer patients, the gentleness type accounted for 18%, eight kinds of pathological constitutions accounted for 82% ; the former type of lung cancer is Qi deficiency, the second is Yang deficiency ; gastric cancer patients come with Yang deficiency, and Qi deficiency quality more often ; Colorectal cancer patients with qi deficiency and Yang deficiency are majority, more blood stasis in liver cancer patients. The control group, gentleness type accounted for 32%, biased constitution accounted for 68%. Conclusion ： The different types of cancer patients have different physical distribution characteristics, cancer patients and general population have different of traditional Chinese medicine constitution types, cancer patients physical age and gender distribution of traditional Chinese medicine found no statistical differences.
