黄连碱对肥胖金黄地鼠的减肥作用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨黄连碱对高脂饲料诱导的肥胖金黄地鼠的减肥作用及机制。方法:给予肥胖金黄地鼠黄连碱后,检测体重、肝重、脂体比和血脂等指标,观察其减肥效果。结果:给予黄连碱后,肥胖金黄地鼠的体重增长速度显著减缓,体脂含量降低;血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平明显降低,高剂量组HDLC水平显著提高,与模型组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄连碱具有降脂减肥作用。Objective：To investigate the antiobesity effect and mechanism of coptisine on obesity Syrian golden hamsters induced by high-fat diet. Methods：After treat obesity Golden Gophers with coptisine, recoded weight ,liver weight , body fat ratio, and lipids , observed the antiobesity effect. Results： Coptisine can significantly slowed the obesity hamster weight growth rate,lower body fat content; Can significantly reduced serum TC,TG, LDL-C levels, and the high dose group was significantly increased HDL-C levels （P〈0.05） Conclusion ： coptisine have antiobesity effect.
