包衣技术在微丸制备中的应用

摘　　要：微丸为多单元型给药系统,在药品的开发和应用中具有重要地位。对微丸进行包衣,能够有效调节其释放特性,掩盖不良气味,提高稳定性等。简要阐述包衣技术及其在微丸制备中的应用。As a member of Multi-unit drug delivery system, pellets playing an important role in the development of modern drug de- livery system. Coating with different materials can charge the release profiles, taste and stability of pellets. In this paper, the main coating techniques and the application of it in the preparation of pellets recently were reviewed.
