摘　　要：基于信息与通信技术及高级量测设备的主动配电网为高渗透率DER的接入提供了一种解决方案。而电价作为配电网重要的运营手段,具有研究意义。讨论了主动配电网的运营模式,论证了主动配电网选取实时电价作为上网电价和运营电价的合理性,并通过仿真进行了验证。The active distribution networks （ADN）based on information communication technology and advanced measuring instruments, provides a solution for high permeability DER access. It is necessary to analyze electricity price which is as an important means of operation for the distribution networks. The operation mode of AND is discussed, the rationality to select electricity value equivalent price and real-time price as the electricity price is demonstrated, and is validated by simulation.
