摘  要:随着电压等级升高,气体绝缘开关设备(GIS)的额定雷电冲击耐受电压和快速暂态过电压(VFTO)水平的差异逐渐减小,由VFTO引起的GIS绝缘事故日益增加。从工程应用角度出发,对VFTO下正常及存在缺陷的GIS气体间隙和绝缘子的绝缘特性进行了综述,详细对比了VFFO波头时间、振荡频率、衰减时间常数等特征参量对GIS绝缘特性的影响规律。指出了GIS绝缘特性的后期研究方向,即在统计分析工程实际VFTO波形的基础上提出VFTO典型试验波形,并研究典型波形下大尺寸GIS气体间隙和全尺寸绝缘子放电特性,给出GIS在VFTO和雷电冲击下的绝缘等价性关系,为工程实际中考虑VFTO特性的GIS绝缘配合提供基础数据。With the increase of voltage level, the difference between the rated lightning impulse (LI) and the very fast transient overvoltage (VFFO) level of gas insulated switehgear (GIS) decreases. Insulation failures caused by VFFO become severer. From the viewpoint of engineering application, the insulation characteristics of normal and defective SF6 gas gap and insulator of GIS under VFTO are reviewed. The influence law of typical parameters of VFTO, such as front time, oscillation frequency and damping time constant, on GIS insulation characteristics are compared. The further research direction of GIS insulation characteristics is proposed, that is the typical testing waveform should be proposed based on the statistical analysis of VFFO waveforms in engineering practice. The discharge characteristics of large size gas gap and full size insulator of GIS under typical waveforms should be researched. The insulation equivalence relation of GIS under VFTO and LI is given. The papaer can provide elementary data for GIS insulation coordination considering VFTO characteristics in engineering application.
