摘 要:针对某电厂2×1 000 MW机组蒸汽氢电导率超标且异常偏高的现象,通过对机组热力系统水汽品质查定分析,初步查明了故障的原因是由于投运初期新建机组的取样管管道阀门及高温取样架上阀门的阀芯、阀杆等部位可能存在润滑油等物质溶出,在高温蒸汽中分解产生磷酸根离子等杂质阴离子,而实际水汽品质仍然良好。同时,结合现场实际情况,提出2种措施,减少取样管中磷酸盐等杂质阴离子的溶出,使蒸汽氢电导率能真实反应水汽品质。Aiming at the phenomenon of abnormal high of cation conductivity of steam in certain IO00MW unit, through the analysis of the water-steam quality in thermal system, the cause of the problem has been found out. It is because phosphate anion content in the sample of steam is too high. It is mainly derived from the pyrolysis product of materials, such as lubricating oil. And the lubricating oil may exist in the sampling pipe valves of the sampling pipe and on the shelf of the valve core, valve stem and other parts of the high temperature sampling system of the new units in initial operation stage. In effect, the quality of water-steam system is still well. Based on the practice, two solutions to reduce the phosphate ions content of steam are put forward, and the cation conductivity can actually react the quality of water-steam.
