摘 要:针对网络舆情监测过程中,其舆情监测的精度和准确性的问题,设计了一种基于相对权重的网络舆情监测算法和系统.详细阐述了舆情监测系统组成结构,对所设计的舆情监测算法进行了重点分析,给出了舆情监测中主要的计算函数,以及舆情监测算法实现流程.最后通过测试表明,笔者设计的舆情监测系统,对事件的监测精度达到84%以上,具有较高的监测能力.In the process of network public opinion, the public opinion monitoring precision and accu- racy of the problem, design a kind of network public opinion monitoring method and system based on relative weights. Has described the design of the structure of public opinion monitoring system in details, the de- signed of the public opinion monitoring algorithm has also been analyzed, the calculation function of public o- pinion monitoring is designed in this paper, and the public opinion monitoring algorithm implementation process. Finally, according to the test result, , the event monitoring precision above 84% with the algorithm designed in this paper, which indicated the public opinion monitoring system has high monitoring ability.
