摘　　要：首先分析了冷链物流业财务管理的特殊性以及我国冷链物流业财务管理存在的问题,在此基础上提出构建冷链物流业特色财务管理体系,并从安全性、时效性以及夯实基础财务管理等方面阐述了相应的对策。In this paper, we first analyzed the specific features of the financial management of the cold chain logistics industry as well as the problems in the financial management of the cold chain logistics industry in China, then on such basis, proposed the characteristics financial management system of the industry, and at the end, illustrated the corresponding countermeasures.
