摘　　要：本文指出了扩大外刊读者群是当前提高外刊利用率的关键 ,并就扩大外刊读者群从四个方面进行了理论和实践上的探讨。This paper points out that the key to utilization of foreign periodicals is to expand their readership,and suggests,in four respects,ways of how readership can be expanded in theory and practice.
