海上地面通信系统浅析及优化使用

摘　　要：随着通信技术的发展,特别是卫星通信技术的发展和应用,地面通信系统使用越来越少,但地面通信系统在信号覆盖范围、通信费用以及多船存在碰撞危险时候的通信,特别是在现场通信中,遇险船舶和现场援助单位之间的通信中,有着不可替代的作用。通过对地面通信系统优势与劣势的详细分析,提出了其优化使用的方法。通过采取相应手段扬长避短,使地面通信系统在海上通信中的作用得以充分发挥。With the development of communication technology, especially the application of satellite communication technol-ogy, the use of terrestrial communication system has been declining. However, terrestrial communication system still has its own distinctive advantagesover others, such as wider signal coverage, cheaper communication cost. And the system are still playing an unsubstitutional role in on-scene commnuication among vessels that are invloved in a risk of collision or conducting SAR op-eration. By making best use of the advantages and bypassing the disadvantagesof the terrestrial communication system, the paper puts forward an optimized application of the system, aiming to maximize the utilization of it.
