摘　　要：随着旅游发展大众化时代的到来,旅游已成为国民休闲的重要方式和居民生活中不可或缺的内容,并且游客越来越强调旅游过程中的自由性、操作性、体验性和娱乐性,对旅游公共服务的需求不断提升。贵州少数民族地区旅游公共服务设施薄弱,面对游客潮的井喷,广大游客对旅游公共服务需求的不断增长与旅游公共服务的实际供给能力之间的矛盾日益突出。本文通过分析贵州少数民族地区的旅游公共服务需求,从旅游基础设施、旅游信息服务、旅游安全保障服务等方面给出了有效的解决对策。Into the era of the popularization of tourism development, Tourism has become an important way of the national leisure and indispensable content in the life of the residents. The tourists are increasingly emphasizing the freedom, operability, experience and entertainment in the tourism process with increasingly high demand for tourism public services upgrading. The tourism public service facilities of minority nationality regions in Guizhou are weak. Facing the tide of tourists, the contradiction between the increasing tourist public service demand and the actual supply ability of the tourism public service is increasingly acute. This paper, through the analysis of the tourism public service needs of minority regions in Guizhou, put forward some effective countermeasures concerning the tourism infrastructure, tourism information service and tourism security services.
