摘　　要：林下双孢蘑菇栽培是在天然林地或人工林地天然微气候下栽培双孢蘑菇的一种模式,具有投资小、管理简易、产品品质佳、口感好、菇味浓郁、无农残药残等优点,栽培残料又是林地良好的有机肥料,是一种绿色有机的栽培方式,同时也是发展以林养林,促进农民增收的林下经济模式。我省林地众多,开展林下双孢蘑菇栽培技术的研发与推广,有利于人与自然的和谐发展,有利于山西省双孢蘑菇栽培多样化的发展。Agaricus bisporus cultivation under Forest is a cultivation model in natural forests or plantations natural microchmate, which has low investment, easy management, good product quality, good taste, rich mushroom flavor and no pesticide residues. Agaricus bisporus cultivation under Forest is a green organic cultivation methods which cultivation woodland waste is a good organic fertilizer and a forests economy that the income of mountain farmers to get rich. Research and popularise Agaricus bisporus cultivation technology under Forest is to the benefit for harmonious development of man and nature and diversification development ofShanxi Agaricus bisporus cultivation
