摘　　要：分析了在国际贸易和电子商务环境下供应链绩效评价体系的设计原则及方法,结合平衡计分卡绩效衡量工具和我国企业供应链管理绩效水平评价参考模型,构建了供应链战略联盟的绩效评价指标体系,采用模糊综合评价方法对供应链战略联盟的绩效进行了定量计算,最后通过一个算例对上述绩效评价方法进行了验证。In this paper, we analyzed the principles and methods of the supply chain performance evaluation system design in the e-commerce and the internalional trade circumstances. Using the BSC measurement tool and SCPR, we built a performance evaluation index system of the supply chain strategic alliance and did the quantitalive calculation using the fuzzy syntactic evaluation method. At last, we proved the effectiveness of the e- valuation method through a calculation example.
