摘 要:摩托车发动机支架是典型的弯曲件,孔系的位置精度要求高。原厂采用先弯曲后冲孔的工艺,一次将位置精度要求高的孔冲出来。虽然孔的位置精度有保证,但生产效率低。笔者分析了该零件采用级进模生产的难点,提出了相应的对策。利用胀形和切边来代替压缩类外缘翻边,有效地解决了材料在宽度方向的不均匀流动问题。改善前,发动机支架生产需用4套模具。改善后用1套级进模生产,压力机一次行程同时冲出2个零件。改善后生产效率提高了8倍,零件精度符合要求,生产质量稳定。The engine support motorcycle is typical of bending parts, the accuracy of the high position. Original by punching the first bending process,the position of high precision hole and rushed out.Although the hole position precision is guaranteed, but the production efficiency is low.The author analyzes the difficult parts using progressive die production, puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. By bulging and cutting edge to replace the outer flanging compression, effectively solve the material in the width direction of uneven flow problems.Before the improvement, with 4 sets of die production engine bracket.After the improvement of 1 sets of progressive die production, a press tour at the same time out of 2 parts.After the improvement of production efficiency is improved by 8 times, the precision of parts to meet the requirements of production, quality and stability.
