摘  要:以烟草K326品种为材料,研究不同育苗方式对烟草苗期生长发育的影响。研究结果表明,与漂浮育苗相比较,托盘育苗显著增加了幼苗的根系鲜重,增幅达到24.66%;托盘育苗的幼苗根系总吸收面积和活跃吸收面积显著大于漂浮育苗的幼苗,与此同时,比表面积和比活跃吸收面积也显著大于漂浮育苗的幼苗,托盘育苗显著增加了幼苗根系体积;不同育苗方式间烟草根系活力值差异不显著;托盘育苗的烟叶叶绿素a和叶绿素b的含量显著低于漂浮育苗,而叶绿素a/b比值较高。综上所述,针对保山烟区气候特点,托盘育苗比漂浮育苗具有更优的栽培效果。Effect of the different culture modes on tobacco seedling growth of flue-cured tobacco variety K326 was studied.The results were listed as follows, compare to floating system, the fresh weight of root was increased by 24.66% under tray waterbed system, the total roots absorbing area and actively absorbing area of tobacco seedling in tray waterbed system were obviously higher than that in floating system,the same as the specific surface area and specific active absorption area ,root area of seedling was increased obviously under tray waterbed system ,the different culture modes of root vigor were not significant, the content of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b of tobacco leaf in tray waterbed system were lower than that in floating system, ratio of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b was higher.It was concluded that the cultivation effect of tray waterbed system was better in Baoshan flue-cured tobacco growing area.
