摘　　要：云计算以其高可用性、高安全性以及低成本的特点,正广泛应用于社会各行业,并以其特有的模式改变着服务工作方式和服务流程。将云计算应用于传统电子政务工作中,可以解决其信息缺乏互通,资源共享性不足等问题,提高政府工作效率,提升政府的公共服务能力,增强数据的存储和共享能力,有效提高政府的信息化水平。对电子政务云的定位和目标,以及整体架构进行了研究,旨在说明电子政务云的应用现状。Because of its high usability, high security and low cost, cloud computing is widely used in many fields of society, and changes service means and serving process with its unique mode. The application of cloud computing in the traditional e-government work, can solve the lack of information exchange, resource sharing problems such as lack of information sharing, improving the working efficiency of the government, enhance the government’s public service capacity, enhance data storage and sharing ability, effectively improve the government’s information level. It researches on the positioning and goal of e-government cloud as wel as the overal structure, to expound the application state of e-government cloud.
