两种无张力疝修补术治疗老年腹股沟疝临床疗效比较

摘　　要：目的观察比较无张力疝修补术两种术式治疗老年腹股沟疝的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2007年1月-2012年12月无张力疝修补术病例153例临床资料,疝环充填式修补术72例(A组),普理灵疝装置(PHS)81例(B组)。结果 2组患者全部治愈出院。异物感疝环充填式修补术7例(9.7%),普理灵疝装置(PHS)2例(2.5%)。结论两种术式治疗老年腹股沟疝均疗效满意,可依据术者经验选择术式。Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of mesh plug tension-free herniorrhaphy and polypropylene hernia system （PHS） for the treatment of elderly patients with inguinal hernia.Methods A retrospective study was done on 153 pa-tients who underwent tension free hernia repair from January 2007 to December 2012 in our hospital.Of these patents,72 underwent mesh plug tensionfree herniorrhaphy,and 81 were treated with polypropylene hernia system （PHS）.Results All the patients recovered.Foreign body sensation caused by mesh plug tension-free herniorrhaphy was experienced in 7 patients （9.7%）,and the sensation by PHS was found in 2 patients （2.5%）.Conclusion The curative effect of both surgical treat-ments for elderly inguinal hernia patients was satisfactory.Which one to choose should depend on the operation experience of the performer.
