摘　　要：目的比较分析空心螺钉及钢板治疗锁骨骨折患者的住院总费用。方法同一组医生同期完成的采用不同内固定方式治疗的锁骨骨折患者,其中空心螺钉组共22例(组1),钢板组共53例(组2),术后均顺利愈合,无严重并发症。对2组患者的年龄、住院时间、医疗总费用及其组成进行分析比较。结果空心螺钉组的住院总费用和内固定耗材费用的平均值明显均低于钢板组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论空心螺钉组与钢板组在住院总费用有显著差别。主要体现在内固定耗材费用上。对合适的患者采用空心螺钉治疗可以缩短住院时间,降低医疗费用。Objective To compare the economic costs of clavicle fracture treated with hollow screw or plate.Methods Clinical data of 75 patients with clavicle fracture were analyzed,including 22 patients treated with hollow screw（group 1） and 53 patients with plate （group 2） during a 30-month period.All the patients were cured and no serious complications occurred. The data which were compared included the age,the length of stay,and all the necessary medical expenses.Results The hos-pitalization expense and the cost of internal fixation of the group 2 were higher than group 1.There were significantly differ-ences between the two groups.Conclusion There were hospitalization expense differences between the two operation modes. The major difference was the cost of internal fixation.The emphasis of controlling the expense should be put on application of hollow screw,which could shorten length of hospitalization and reduce medical expenses.
