基于SEM的城市物流驱动因素分析及对策研究——以江苏省为例

摘　　要：文章以江苏省13个地级市为研究样本,从经济、支撑和信息三大视角系统研究了驱动城市物流业发展的动因;利用2006-2013年的动态数据并基于结构方程测定了江苏各城市的物流业发展水平、区域性差异及其梯度化特征。研究结果表明:物流业已成为城市智慧型建设新的战略性支点;完善的支撑技术、发达的经济实力和高效的信息平台是发展城市物流业的"三驾马车"。验证了支撑系统、经济系统和信息系统对城市物流业的发展水平具有直接、正向、依次减弱的影响力度;支撑系统是城市物流业发展的基本保障,经济系统是城市物流业发展的主要动力,信息系统是带动城市物流业发展最重要的载体,其影响系数分别为0.821、0.652、0.519。据此推广余情,从构建魅力城市和产业联盟等方面找出城市物流业发展的核心引擎和突破口,为我国城市智慧物流发展规划提供了积极建议。Taking 13 cities at prefecture-level in Jiangsu province as the research sample,the paper,from the system per-spective of economy,support and information,studies the driving factors of city logistics industry development. Using the dynamic data of 2006-2013 and based on the structural equation,this paper measures the level of logistics industry development,regional differences and its gradient features in each city of the province. The results show that logistics has become anew strategic fulcrum in wisdom city construction. Perfecting support technology,developed economy and efficient information platform are the ＂troika＂ of urban logistics industry development. The research verifies support system,economic system and information system have a direct,positive,and reduced in turn impact on urban logistics industry development. Thesupport system is the basic guarantee of urban logistics industry development,the economic system is the main driving factorof urban logistics industry development,the information system is the most important carrier of urban logistics industry development,their influence coefficients are 0.821,0.652,0.519 respectively. According to the above research,the paper offers positive suggestions for urban wisdom logistics development planning in China from building charming city and industryalliance to find out the core engine and the breakthrough of urban logistics industry development.
