土地流转改革对我国农村普惠金融发展的影响——基于演化博弈视角

摘　　要：土地流转改革导致土地资源规模化经营的同时也使得土地成为优良的抵押品,这将在很大程度上促进我国农村地区普惠金融的发展。文章通过建立农户与金融机构两群体非对称博弈模型,采用演化博弈方法分析证明了相关结论,并给出了土地流转改革促进普惠金融发展的四个先决条件:土地规模化经营得以更加便利的实现;农户间的深化合作;金融机构单笔信贷操作的户均成本大幅降低以及防止金融机构诱导农户过度借贷。最后文章提出了相关政策建议。The reform of land circulation makes land resources not only operate at a business scale,but also become somekind of excellent collateral,which will promote the development of inclusive finance of Chinese rural areas to a great extent.This paper,by establishing the asymmetric game model of two group including farmers and financial institutions,appliesevolutionary game analysis method to verify the relevant conclusions,and proposes four preconditions of the reform of landcirculation promoting the development of inclusive finance： to achieve a more convenient scale operation of land;to deepencooperation between farmers;to reduce the single credit operation cost per family to financial institutions and to prevent financial institutions to induce farmers excessive borrowing. Finally,the paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
