摘  要:针对现有煤矿顶板压力监测系统巡检周期长、实时性差,无法监测到突变数据,以及传输线路故障造成监测数据丢失,严重影响上位机数据分析的问题,设计一种顶板压力监测系统数据无丢失传输方法。采用实时数据缓存发送的机制,不受巡检周期的影响,使系统能采集到现场压力测量值的变化过程。该方法实现的通信分站以ARM Cortex-M3内核的微控制器为核心,采用抗干扰设计的RS-485总线驱动电路,实现传感器数据采集和数据上传,并通过嵌入式文件系统存储续传数据,存储介质采用铁电存储器FRAM实现掉电保存,为系统软件数据分析所需要的完整数据源提供保障。Currently, the inspection system of the coal mine top roof pressure takes long time and cannot monitor the data that changes suddenly. Sometimes the fault of transmission lines leads to the data lost, which seriously influences the data analysis of host computer. Designs one transmission method of no-data-lost of top roof pressure monitoring system. The system adopts the real-time data cache transmission method, which do not influence by the inspection period and can record the change process of pressure value. The communication sub-stations adopts the anti-interference RS-485 bus drive circuit and takes the ARM Cortex-M3 micro-controller as the core, collecting and uploading the data from the sensor and then continuous transmits the data by the embedded store file system. The storage medium uses the iron-electricity FRAM to record the data in case of power off, which provides the whole data source for software data analysis.
