摘　　要：该文从海上油气田井产物流的提升、输送、处理,以及流程的控制、安全保护等需求出发,结合海洋工况的特点,以工艺、仪控、配管等专业作为切入点,说明了油气田地面工程设施如何从设计角度满足钻完井及生产需求,并结合已投产油气田生产中出现的问题,对设计阶段提出建议,从而更好地满足现场需求。This article from the offshore oil ＆ gas well production lifting and transpor- ting, processing, and process control and safety protection requirements, combined with the characteristics of the marine conditions, by process and instrument control, piping and other professional as the breakthrough point, explains the oil-gas field surface engineering facilities can meet the drilling and production requirements from the point of view of design, and combined with the emergence of the oil and gas production has been put into operation in question, puts forward suggestion on the design stage, so as to better meet the field requirements.
