摘　　要：民国时期,淮南经济近代化大体上经历了起步阶段、发展阶段和衰退阶段。淮南经济在近代化的历史进程中,呈现起点低、速度快,经济发展不平衡,国家资本与官僚资本起主导作用等特点。During Republic of China, economic modernization of Huainan roughly experienced three stages： starting, development, and decline. Huainan economy in its modernization was characterized with a low starting-point, rapid development, imbalance in economic development, and state capital and bureaucracy＇ playing the major role.
