摘　　要：慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)为一种常见的临床综合征,几乎所有类型的心脏、大血管疾病均可引发心力衰竭的发生。近年有关CHF患者血脂水平相关方面的研究发现,血脂水平与心力衰竭的严重程度和预后成负相关。CHF患者的血脂水平受哪些因素影响?是否可以通过调节血脂水平使更多心力衰竭患者从中收益?本文将对心力衰竭患者血脂水平与影响因素做一简要综述。Chronic congestive heart failure （CHF）is a common clinical syndrome, occurring in almost all types of heart and great vessels disease. Recent studies related lipid levels of patients with CHF has found that blood lipid levels was negatively related to the severity and prognosis of heart failure. Which factors influence the blood lipid levels in patients with CHF, whether more heart failure patients could benefit through lipid level adjustment, this paper made a brief summary of blood lipid level and influence factors in patients with CHF.
