摘　　要：色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎(PVNS)主要发生在青壮年,膝关节是主要的发病部位,疼痛、关节渗出是主要的临床症状,MRI检查对诊断及治疗非常有帮助,最终确诊依赖病理诊断。滑膜切除术是主要的治疗方法,辅助治疗越来越受到重视。Pigmented villonodular synovitis （PVNS） occurs mainly in young adults. The knee is the main localization and pain and/or joint effusion are the most frequent clinical symptoms. MR] is very useful for diagnosis and for planning the extent and the technique of synovectomy. Treatment is not standardized to date. Complete surgical removal of a localized form or total synoveetomy is the first line of treatment. Complementary therapy, such as external radiotherapy, has been proposed but not validated.
