摘　　要：目的探讨海肤康甲模治疗甲床损伤合并甲板缺失的临床效果。方法选取本院2011年4月~2012年9月收治的66例甲床损伤合并甲板缺失患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为A组（32例）和B组（34例）。A组采用海肤康甲模治疗,B组采用传统方法治疗。比较两组的手术情况和临床疗效。结果 A组的术后住院时间、术后恢复工作时间、疼痛持续时间显著短于B组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。A组的优良率显著高于B组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。A组的术后总满意度显著高于B组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论海肤康甲模治疗甲床损伤合并甲板缺失效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of＂Haifukang＂nail-model in the treatment of nail bed injury com-bined with nail lack. Methods 66 patients with nail bed injury combined with nail lack in our hospital form April 2011 to September 2012 were selected and divided into group A（32 cases） and group B（34 cases） according to random num-ber table.Group A was treated with＂Haifukang＂ nail-model.Group B was treated with traditional methods.The situation of operation and clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. Results The postoperative hospital stay,postoperative re-covery time,duration of pain in group A was shorter than that in group B,with significant difference （P〈0.01）.The excel-lent and good rate of group A was higher than that of group B,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The postoperative total satisfaction of group A was higher than those of group B,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of ＂Haifukang＂ nail-model in the treatment of nail bed injury combined with nail lack is significant,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
