喉罩气道在早产儿复苏中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨喉罩气道在早产儿复苏中的临床应用效果。方法选择2014年9月~2015年4月我院收治的50例早产儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据其方法不同分成喉罩组与面罩组,每组25例,观察记录两组患儿的起效时间与通气时间,比较两组复苏成功率及不良反应发生率。结果喉罩组的起效时间为（15.48±3.78）s,通气时间为（53.48±15.62）s,均显著短于面罩组的（27.71±8.24）、（107.12±24.58）s;喉罩组的复苏成功率高达96.00%（24/25）,不良反应发生率为8.00%（2/25）,优于面罩组的84.00%（21/25）,28.00%（7/25）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论喉罩气道应用于早产儿的复苏,可有效缩短起效时间与通气时间,复苏成功率高,不良反应发生率低,效果明显优于面罩组,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical application effect of laryngeal mask airway in the recovery of premature infants. Methods The clinical data of 50 premature infants selected from September 2014 to April 2015 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,and were divided into the laryngeal mask group and laryngeal mask group according to the method,with 25 cases in each group.The onset time and ventilation time between two groups of patients was ob-served and recorded respectively.The success rate and the adverse reaction rate between two groups was compared re-spectively. Results The onset time of the laryngeal mask group was （15.48＋3.78） s and the ventilation time was （53.48＋15.62） s,which was significantly shorter than that of mask group[（27.71＋8.24）,（107.12＋24.58） s] respectively;the resusci-tation success rate of the laryngeal mask group was as high as 96.00%（24/25）,the adverse reaction rate was 8.00%（2/25）,better than mask group of 84% （21/25）,28% （7/25）,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laryngeal mask airway used in the recovery of premature infants can effectively shorten the onset time and the ventilation time with high success rate and low adverse reaction rate.Its effect is better than the mask group which is worth popularizing in clinical use.
