氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗原发性高血压并发焦虑抑郁症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗原发性高血压合并焦虑忧郁症的临床效果。方法选取2013年8月~2014年9月在本院门诊及心内科病房治疗的80例高血压合并焦虑抑郁症患者,将其按随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,各40例。对照组采用厄贝沙坦治疗,实验组采用厄贝沙坦＋氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗,两组疗程均8周,观察两组治疗前后抑郁自评量表（SDS）和焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分及血压变化情况。结果治疗后,两组的血压均有明显下降,且实验组较对照组下降幅度更加明显（P〈0.05）;治疗8周后,实验组的SDS、SAS评分均显著降低（P〈0.05）,但对照组无明显变化（P〉0.05）,因此,实验组的SDS、SAS评分显著低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗原发高血压合并焦虑抑郁症具有显著的效果。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of flupentixol and melitracen in the treatment of patients with primary hypertension combining with anxious depression. Methods 80 patient with primary hypertension and anxious depression in our hospital outpatient and cardiology ward from August 2013 to September 2014 were selected and evenly divided into control group and experimental group by random number talbe,40 cases in each group.In control group,irbesartan was provided,while in the experimental group, irbesartan plus flupentixol and melitracen was provided. The courses of treatment lasted 8 weeks.Scores of self-rating depression scale （SDS） and self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） and changes of blood pressure in the two groups before and after treatment was observed. Results After theray,blood pressure in the two groups was obviously decreased,and the experimental group than the control group decreased more obvious （P〈0.05）.8 weeks after treatment,scores of SDS and SAS after therapy in the experimental group was decreased significantly（P〈0.05）,but control group showed no statistically significant improvements（P〉0.05）.Therefore,the scores of SDS and SAS in experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Flupentixol and melitracen can obtain a remarkable effect on treating primary hypertension combining with anxious depression.
