辨证取穴针刺治疗对慢性紧张型头痛中枢调控的影响

摘　　要：目的从电生理角度探讨辨证取穴针刺治疗对慢性紧张型头痛中枢调控的影响。方法选取本院神经内科2012年1月~2013年10月收治的门诊或住院的慢性紧张型头痛患者60例,将患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,每组30例。治疗组给予辨证取穴针刺治疗,对照组给予针刺安慰穴位治疗,并在针刺治疗前后进行外感受抑制试验。结果与治疗前比较,治疗组针刺治疗后的ESP2潜伏期缩短,时限延长（P〈0.05）;对照组针刺前后的ESP2潜伏期及时限差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。与对照组比较,治疗组针刺后的ESP2潜伏期缩短,时限延长（P〈0.05）。结论辨证取穴针刺治疗可调节慢性紧张型头痛患者异常的中枢疼痛调控机制。Objective To explore the influence of acupuncture therapy by point selection treatment based on syndrome differentiation on central control of chronic tension-type headache from the view of electrophysiology. Methods 60 out-patient or hospitalized patients with chronic tension-type headache from January 2012 to October 2013 in department of neurology of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and there were 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given acupuncture trerapy by point selection treatment based on syn-drome differentiation,while the control group was given acupuncture therapy of placebo points.Exteroceptive suppression （ES） test before and after acupuncture was performed. Results Compared with before treatment,the incubation period of ESP2 was shortened and time limit was prolonged after acupuncture therapy in treatment group （P〈0.05）;and there was no statistical difference of incubation period of ESP2 or time limit before and after acupuncture therapy in control group （P〉0.05）.Compared with control group,incubation period of ESP2 and time limit was shortened and time limit was prolonged （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture therapy by point selection treatment based on syndrome differentiation can regulate the abnormal central pain regulation mechanism in patients with chronic tension-type headache.
