临床护理路径在急性左心功能衰竭患者抢救中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察临床护理路径在急性左心功能衰竭患者抢救中的应用效果。方法选择2013年1月~2014年12月本院收治的72例急性左心功能衰竭患者作为观察组,另选择2011年1月~2012年12月本院收治的56例急性左心功能衰竭患者作为对照组。对照组按常规急救护理流程及医嘱进行护理配合,观察组采用临床护理路径。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的住院时间显著短于对照组,住院费用及病死率均显著低于对照组（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）,患者对护理服务的满意度则显著高于对照组（90.3%或71.4%,P〈0.01）。结论临床护理路径应用于急性左心功能衰竭患者的抢救中,能提高护理质量及抢救效率,降低医疗费用,提高患者的满意度。Objective To observe the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in the rescue of patients with acute left heart failure. Methods 72 cases with acute left heart failure treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were selected as observation group,while 56 cases with acute left heart failure treated in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2012 were selected as control group,control group according to the routine emergency nursing process and the doctor’s advice to carry out the nursing cooperation,while observation group was given with clinical nursing pathway.The nursing effect between two groups was compared. Results Compared with the control group,obser-vation group had shorter hospitalized time,lower hospitalization cost,lower mortality （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）,and higher de-gree of patients’ satisfaction to nursing service （90.3% vs 71.4%, P〈0.01）. Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway ap-plied in patients with acute left heart failure can enhance the quality of nursing,rescue efficiency and lower medical ex-pense and improve the degree of patients’satisfaction of nursing service.
