摘　　要：介绍了云计算的定义和服务模式,阐述了目前信息化管理和架构中存在的普遍问题,结合面向服务的软件架构技术发展现状,提出融合面向服务架构(SOA)技术的云计算服务平台,对于信息化建设中降低成本、系统重整和业务重组具有战略意义。Cloud computing nowadays provides a new developing situation. After developing for several decades, Service Oriented Architecture （ SOA） enters into stage of mature application. The definition and service modes of cloud computing were introduced, and general problems in management and architecture of informationization were stated. According to development situation of SOA, cloud computing integrated with SOA technology was proposed. It is strategically important for cost reduction, system reformation and business recombination in construction of informationization.
