摘　　要：我国对城市轨道交通项目的投资建设需求不断增加,传统的政府财政投资模式已经无法满足项目建设的需求。对目前国内外城市轨道交通项目的典型投融资模式及其发展历程进行归纳与比较分析,总结出国内外城市轨道交通项目主要采用的5种投融资模式及其适用范围与优缺点,为决策者灵活选取合理可行的投融资模式提供参考。With the increasing demands for urban rail tran- sit project investment in China, the traditional mode of government investment could no longer meet the needs of URT projects. The typical financing modes for URT pro-jects and their development processes in the world are reviewed, five major financing modes commonly used for URT projects are identified and compared, their pros and cons, as well as their scopes of application are analyzed. This study will help the decision makers in their selection of a feasible financing mode for URT project.
