摘  要:采用新型Epsilon探测器与热不敏红外镜头设计了小型化全自动中波红外光学系统。整体采用开放式框架结构形式,实现体积重量的小型化设计。红外光学系统采用热不敏设计,利用合理的焦距分配与材料搭配,充分消除系统热差,实现了无热化设计。系统采用上电后全自动工作模式,能够自动进行非均匀校正、积分时间调整、灵敏度调整与增益调整,从而能够实现无人操控式工作。光学系统的MTF值在30lp/mm处均在0.4以上,完全能够满足探测器分辨要求,设计像质优良,结构紧凑,具有良好的适用性。A miniaturization and full-automatic MW thermal imager optical systems is designed by using the new Epsilon de- tector and athermalizative infrared lens. The system has open frame structrue and realizes the miniaturization of volume and weight. Through thermal design, reasonable focal length distribution and material collocation, the thermal dispersion is e- liminated and the athemalization is realized. The system operates in fully automatic mode after power up. It has the functions of automatic nonuniformity correction, integration time modulating, and sensitivity and gain modulating, therefore, un- manned operation is realized. The optical system has good image quality and compact configuration. The MTF value of the optical system is more than 0. 3, in 30 lp/mm. It meets the requirements of the detector. The system has good image quality, compact structure, and good applicability.
