摘  要:随着经济的发展以及市场竞争的日益加剧,生产计划的制定越来越被离散型生产企业所重视,如何分配各产品在各个时期的生产量,准确有效地制定出生产计划,使企业获得最大收益并为企业决策提供依据,是目前的重点研究内容。递阶生产计划(Hierarchical Production Planning,HPP)是一种常见的处理多品种制造业生产计划与调度问题的方法,由于产品市场需求的不确定性,单纯地确定型递阶生产计划不能为企业提供稳定可行的生产计划,对此在递阶生产计划中引入模糊规划来处理不确定性问题,建立了模糊递阶生产计划模型,引入某灯具制造厂的实际数据,然后用运筹学优化的软件Xpress-MP进行求解,为企业提供良好的生产决策。As economic development and fierce market competition, more and more discrete production enterprises pay attention to production plans. The focus of the research currently is how to allocate the production and develop production plans accurately to gain maximum benefit for the enterprises. Hierarchical Production Planning (HPP) is a well-known approach to cope with the complexity of multi-level production planning and scheduling problems in real-world industrial cases. Due to the uncertainty of market demands, the determined HPP simply cannot provide a feasible and efficiency production plan for the enterprise. In this re- gard, the research incorporated the fuzzy programming into the HPP structure to handle the uncertainty and infeasibility issues. In- spired by a real industrial case, a fuzzy HPP model is proposed which is composed of three levels. An actual data of a lamp manu- facturer was introduced to verify the proposed model, and then used Xpress-MP to solve it. The result will provide efficient pro- duction decisions for the enterprise.
