财政转移支付对地区经济增长的影响研究

摘　　要：现代国家普遍实施中央财政转移支付政策促进地区经济发展。文章运用1995—2013年动态空间面板数据模型实证检验了我国的财政转移支付对地区经济增长的影响。检验结果表明,我国财政转移支付对地区经济增长具有促进作用,但地区经济增长收敛微弱,并据此提出相应的政策建议。It is a common practice for modern countries to promote regional economic development by implementing policies of transfer payment by central government.This paper,using model of dynamic space panel data,tests the influence of fiscal transfer payment on regional economic development in China.The result shows that China's transfer payment plays a promoting role in regional economic growth,but the convergence of regional economic growth is not so clear.Based on the study,the paper offers some suggestions like coordinating regional economic development and so on.
