摘 要:开花期是衡量小麦成熟期的重要指标,对其进行QTL定位并分析其遗传效应,对小麦品种熟期改良至关重要。以旱选10号×鲁麦14构建的包含有150个家系的DH群体为材料,在正常灌溉和干旱胁迫条件下对开花期进行QTL定位,结果表明,共检测到4个加性QTL位点和4对上位性QTL位点,其中,2种水分条件下在1D染色体上标记WMC222附近检测到的开花期QTL与先前利用相同群体检测到的抽穗期QHd-1D-1位于相同标记区间,且加性效应方向相同,表明该QTL与小麦成熟期相关,且稳定表达,可以用于辅助选择育种。Flowering time is an important stage of wheat mature, thus, QTL mapping of flowering time is essential to improving ma- ture period of wheat. The objective of this study was to make a QTL analysis for flowering time using a population of 150 DH lines derived from Hanxuan 10 × Lumai 14 under well-watered and drought-stress conditions. The results showed that four additive effect QTLs and four pairs of epistatic effect QTLs were identified. Among them, a QTL for flowering time located in near marker WMC222 on chromosome 1D was simultaneously detected under the two water regimes. QHd-ID-1 controlled heading was also located in the same flanking mark- er using the same population, and they were contributed by the male parent. It suggested that the QTL might have a close relationship with mature stage of wheat. So it could be used in molecular marker assisted selection.
