摘 要:研究利用近红外光谱技术结合计量化学方法,通过优选检测波段和光谱预处理方法,建立了包括多维预混料中12种维生素及其载体在内的13条校正模型。在建立模型时,尝试将多维预混料中各种维生素含量的配方值作为近红外光谱的参考值建立定量模型,在进行外部验证时同时利用配方值和国标检测值对模型的有效性进行检验,以确认此方法的可行性。结果表明:所建模型除VA、VD3和VB73个模型的效果尚需改进之外,其他模型的预测误差均方根(RMSEP)、剩余预测偏差(RPD)、相关系数值均达到了在实际生产中使用的要求,其中VE、VB3和载体模型的剩余预测偏差值高于5,预测效果理想,这些模型在实际生产质控中应用可以提高检测频率并节省大量资源。13 models of 12 kinds of vitamins and carrier in multivitamin premix feed were developed by near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy combined with chemometrics method, and optimized by the wavelength and some spectral pretreatment. To estab- lish the quantitative models, formula values of different vitamins in premix feed were used as the reference value for near infra- red spectra. In order to confirm the feasibility of these models, both of the formula value and chemical value were compared to the NIR predictive results to test the validity of the models while doing the external verification. The results showed that except the models of VA, VD3 and VB7 still needed to be improved, the root mean square error of prediction (RMSEP), the residual predictive deviation (RPD) and the coefficient of determination values of other models were all reached the requires of applica- tion in actual production. Especially, the RPD values of VE, VB3 and carrier models were higher than 5, their predictive re- sults were very effective. Applying these models in quality control of the actual production could improve the detective frequen- cy and save a lot of resources.
