摘  要:采用乙酸乙烯酯-乙烯共聚乳液(EVA)对脲醛树脂进行改性,再与石粉进行共混制备复合材料。研究结果表明,随着EVA加入量的增大,制备树脂的pH值随之下降,树脂的整体黏度变化很小,游离醛含量随之降低。添加EVA后复合材料的结合强度并没有明显增加,弯曲强度最高仅为3.71 MPa;冲击强度有所提高,最高为1.54 kJ/m^2;硬度有所提高,但变化较小。因此,添加EVA乳液一定程度提高了复合材料的韧性和强度,但幅度不大。In this paper, the urea-formaldehyde(UF) resin was modified with ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA), and the modified resin was mixed with stone powder to prepare the composite materials. The results showed that with increasing the EVA amount in UF resin, there were no significant changes ofpH value and viscosity, but the free formaldehyde content was proportional to the amount of EVA. After adding EVA, the bonding strength of the composite material did not obviously increase, the highest values of the bonding and impact strength were 3.71 MPa only and 1.54 KJ/m^2, respectively; the hardness of composite material was somewhat increased, but the change was small. So what, the addition of EVA emulsion increased to a certain extent the toughness and strength of the composite material, but the margin was small. The modification effect of composite material with EVA was not remarkable as with PVF.
