摘  要:以含钛高炉渣为骨料,粉煤灰、无水石膏、石灰、普通硅酸盐水泥为胶凝材料成功制备了免烧免蒸砖。实验中重点研究Na OH-Na2CO3复合激发剂及胶凝材料组成对免烧免蒸砖抗压强度的影响,结果表明,免烧免蒸砖的抗压强度最高可达44.25 MPa,达到MU30等级强度要求。The non-autoclaved and unburnt bricks was prepared by using Ti-bearing blast furnace slag as aggreate,fly ash, anhydrite,lime and Portland cement were used as cementing materials. The effects of NaOH-Na2CO3 as complex activator and com- position of cementing materials on compressive strength of the non-antoclaved and unburnt bricks were studied and discussed. The results showed that compressive strength of non-autoclaved and unburnt bricks can reach to 44.25 MPa,matching the national stan- dard (MU30) of unbumt bricks.
