摘 要:研究了醋叔防火涂料在防火过程中的膨胀层形成以及物质变化过程。采用热重法分析了醋叔防火涂料的热分解阶段,利用红外光谱(FTIR)和X-射线衍射(XRD)对热分解残余物进行了表征。结合FTIR与XRD的分析结果可知,295℃时,季戊四醇(PER)已经熔融热分解,聚磷酸铵(APP)和三聚氰胺(MEL)开始脱除侧链氨基;315℃时,醋叔聚合物开始热分解,防火涂料中生成了P—O—C交联结构;365℃时,生成了芳香烃;425℃时,生成了焦磷酸钛(Ti P2O7);463℃时,APP的脱氨过程结束,芳香烃的含量降低;在温度高于463℃时,残余物中仅含有Ti O2和Ti P2O7以及少量的炭化物。膨胀防火过程可细分为4个阶段:平稳阶段、发泡膨胀炭化阶段、失炭阶段和无机层阶段。In this paper, the formation of intumescent layer and the substance variations process are studied when the VAc- VeoVa fire retardant coating is at work. Firstly, the stages of thermal decomposition of the VAe-VeoVa fire retardant coating is in- vestigated by thermalgravimetric analysis,then,the thermal decomposition residual is characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The FTIR and XRD results show that, pentaerythritol (PER) start to thermal de- compose,melamine(MEL) and ammonium polyphosphate(APP) start to release its side chain ammonium group at the temperature of 295 ℃. While at 315 ℃,the VAc-VeoVa polymer start to thermal decompose,and P—O—C crosslinked structure is formed at this temperature. At the temperature of 365 and 425 ℃, aromatic char and titanium pyrophosphate (TiP2O7) is produced,respectively. The di-ammonium process is finished and the aromatic hydrocarbon content is reduced at the temperature of 463 ℃. Above the temper- ature of 463 ℃,the residual mainly contain titanium oxide(TiO2) and TiP2O7, and a small amount of residual char. The intumescent and fire protection process include four stages:the plateau stage,the expansion-charring stage,the lossing char stage and the inor- ganic char layer stage.
