摘　　要：目的:对武汉市某医院2002-2013年医疗质量进行综合评价,探讨多种评价方法在实际运用中的可行性,为医院发展总结思路,为科学决策提供依据。方法:选择具有代表性的12个医疗质量管理指标,采用TOPSIS法与综合指数法分别进行评价,得到该院2002-2013年的医疗质量综合评价值。结果:评价结果与医院实际发展情况相一致,TOPSIS法和综合指数法均显示该院2013年医疗质量最佳,2002年最差。结论:采用TOPSIS法与综合指数法的综合评价方法具有较强的实用性,计算简便且应用灵活,便于在医院质量管理评价中推广。Objective： To know comprehensive evaluation and analysis of a hospital＇s medical quality with different methods from 2002 to 2013, and to investigate whether the variety of ways to make a comprehensive evaluation of the quality of medical treatment in a hospital is reason- able and effective or not. Methods： Choosing 12 medical quality management indexes, TOPSIS and the composite index method are gives an out- line of the two methods in this article and make a comprehensive evaluation of them. Results： The evaluation results accord with actual situation in the hospital; TOPSIS method and synthetic index method show that the hospital medical treatment is best in 2013, while worst in 2002. Con- clusion： The application of TOPSIS and the composite index method are of better practical value, not only take the importance of medical treat- ment index into account but also make the evaluation more scientific and reasonable through improving the analysis of performance, and provide relevant basis to the scientific decision making in order to revise the inherent management mode of the hospital.
