摘　　要：社会医疗服务需求的多样化与急诊医学的迅速崛起给医院发展带来契机。一体化急救模式将满足社会医疗服务多样化需求与医院学科发展相结合,其建设与应用对于需要突破瓶颈寻求发展切入点的军队医院而言具有重大现实意义。本文根据SWOT分析的基本框架,依据现有软硬件,对某军队医院一体化急救模式建设的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战进行分析,探索军队医院医疗服务新模式,并为其实践提出相应策略。The diverse needs of medical service of society and the rapid rise of hospital emergency medicine bring opportunity for develop- ment of the hospital. The integration emergency mode to meet the diverse needs of social medical service and hospital discipline development com- bined, its construction and application has great practical significance for the military hospital which need to break through the bottleneck to find breakthrough point of development. According to the framework of SWOT analysis, on the basis of the existing hardware and software, to analyze the construction mode of integration of a military hospital＇s advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges, to explore a new mode of medical service in military hospitals, and puts forward the corresponding strategies for the practice.
