摘　　要：目的:了解湖北省京山县乡镇卫生院妇产科的预防保健工作和计划生育工作开展的现况,为提高其预防保健工作和计划生育工作能力提出建议。方法:采取随机抽样方法在湖北京山县14所乡镇卫生院中随机抽取7所进行回顾性研究,并进行描述性统计分析。结果:预防保健工作现况调查显示京山县乡镇卫生院妇科疾病检出率与全国妇科疾病检出率相比明显较低,孕妇保健手册建立率低,高危孕妇转诊率高;计划生育工作现况调查显示7所乡镇卫生院生育手术数量较多。结论:应结合乡镇卫生院与当地居民卫生健康需求,提升京山县乡镇卫生院妇女健康保健工作的效能,提高重大妇科疾病的检出率,加强孕产妇保健工作,进一步提高京山县乡镇卫生院的服务能力。Objective： To understand the current situation of preventive health care and family planning in gynecology and obstetrics of town- ship hospitals in Hubei Province, and to provide reference for better primary health service. Methods： We have investigated 7 township hospitals of Jingshan by retrospective study with descriptive research. Results： The gynecology disease detection rate was significantly lower than those of the gynecological disease detection rate in this preventive care job status. Rate of pregnant women health care manual building has presented low, high -risk pregnant women referral rate is high, Conclusion： Combined with the township hospitals and the local residents＇health demand, im- proving service capability of townships further needs to strengthen efficiency on work of women~ health care and maternal health, to improve the detection rate of major gynecological diseases.
