摘 要:目的:调查分析深圳市医务人员的信息素养现状,为制定信息素养培训计划提供依据。方法:设计了基于标准化的医务人员信息素养测评问卷,从信息意识、信息知识、信息能力和信息道德等方面,对深圳市医务人员信息素养状况作抽样调查和分析。结果:深圳市医务人员综合信息素养水平较低,信息意识较高,信息知识最为匮乏。不同医院级别、性别、年龄、学历、职称和岗位的医务人员信息素养有一定差异,学历和岗位是综合信息素养的影响因素。讨论:充分发挥医院图书馆的积极作用,根据实际需求制定培训内容和培训方案,提供灵活多样的培训方式,建立权威的门户网站。Objective : To investigate and analyze the current status of information literacy of medical staff in Shenzhen, and to provide refer- ence for making training plan to improve the information literacy of medical staff. Methods: The assessment questionnaires about information liter- acy of medical staff were designed based on normalization, and the current status of information literacy of medical staff in Shenzhen were investi- gated randomly from the information awareness, information knowledge, information capacity and information moral. Results: The scores of the comprehensive information literacy of Shenzhen~ medical staff were in low level, while their information awareness were higher, and they were lack of information knowledge. There is certain difference in information literacy among the medical staff in different level hospitals, gender, age, education, titles and positions. Education and positions were the influencing factors of comprehensive information literacy. Conclusion: Hospital libraries should play a positive role, the training content and training plan should be made according to the actual needs, training mode should be flexible and diverse, and an authoritative portal site should be established.
