摘　　要：从土地利用状况、用地效益、管理绩效3个方面构建了重庆市同兴工业园区土地集约利用评价指标体系,并运用最优组合赋权法对研究区土地集约利用状况进行了权重计算。结果表明,截至2013年底研究区土地集约度综合分值为82.99,土地集约利用基本达到要求,但土地资源潜力未充分发挥。Constructed the Tongxing industrial park land intensive utilization evaluation index system with three major areas,the performance management of land utilization, land use efficiency, and management performance. Algorithm of optimal combination determining weights method also was used to study the condition for the intensive utilization of land.The results showed that land intensive degree of the comprehensive scores was 82.99 by the end of 2013 in the studying area, basic requirements for the intensive utilization of land was achieved, but the potential of land resources was not fully developed.
