摘 要:利用光声光谱法对韭菜中乙酰甲胺磷残留进行检测。配制不同浓度的乙酰甲胺磷样本用于光声光谱的采集、测定。光谱扫描范围为300~700nm,调制频率为5-200Hz。结果表明,相关系数为0.9981.线性范围为0.00-8.75μg/mL,检出限为0.013μg/mL。与高效液相色谱方法相比无明显差异且重现性好。该研究为叶菜类农药残留检测提供了一种快速分析方法。Photoacoustic spectroscopy was applied for the rapid quantitative determination of acephate residues in chives. Dif- ferent concentrations of acephate were used to collect photoacoustic spectroscopy. Spectral scanning range was 300-700 nm, and the modulation frequency was 5-200 Hz. The results showed that the linear range was 0.00-8.75 μg/mL with correlation coefficient of 0.998 1 ,and detection limit was 0.013 μg/mL. There was good reproducibility and no significant difference with high performance liquid chromatography method. This study can provided a rapid method for the analysis of pesticide residues in leaf vegetables.
