品管圈活动在危重患儿皮肤管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:研究品管圈活动在预防和降低危重患儿皮肤损伤方面的应用价值,探索危重患儿皮肤管理的有效模式。方法:通过品管圈活动选定主题,拟定活动计划,活动周期为6个月。回顾性统计分析对照组71例患儿皮肤损伤部位、采取的措施和愈合时间;现状调查护理人员引起患儿皮肤损伤的相关因素;制定相应的对策及实施方案。结果:经实施品管圈管理后,危重患儿皮肤损伤发生率从21.7%降至8.7%,皮肤愈合时间明显缩短(P<0.05),护士皮肤伤口护理知识掌握率从63.1%提高至92.5%。结论:品管圈活动能有效降低危重患儿皮肤损伤率,缩短皮肤伤口愈合时间,提高护士对各种皮肤问题的预防和应对能力,是一种有效的皮肤质量管理模式。Objective To research the value of quality control circle （QCC） in preventing and reducing skin damage, and to explore the effective model of management with skin of critically ill children in the ICU. Methods The theme was chosen by QCC, and the program of activities was drawn for the period of 6 months. 71 cases of the control group occurred with skin lesion, the measures taken and the healing time were analyzed by retrospective statistical analysis. The circle members collected relevant factors of causing skin lesions in children by investigation. According to Plato analysis, the circle members developed appropriate and specific embodiment. Results After the application of QCC, the incidence of skin damage in critically ill children decreased from 21.7% to 8.7%, skin healing time was significantly shorter （P 〈 0.05）, the rate of nurses mastered skin wound care knowledge increased from 63.1% to 92.5%. Conclusion Use of QCC for the skin management of critically ill children can reduce the rate of skin damage, shorten healing time, as well as nurses will have the ability to prevent variety of skin problems. QCC is an effective quality management.
