含油污泥焚烧技术及其在海外油田项目的应用

摘　　要：针对乍得某油田开发和集输处理过程中产生的含油污泥,提出采用焚烧处理工艺以达到减量化和无害化的目的,并对各种焚烧技术进行比较,最终采用回转窑设备。对比研究欧盟标准和中国国家标准焚烧烟气排放限值,分析烟气处理技术,最终采用中国标准。结合工程实际,详细介绍了焚烧和烟气处理的工艺流程以及主要设备参数。Aiming at oily sludge generated from development, gathering and transportation process in a Chad oilfield, the incineration process was put forward to achieve the purpose of reduction and harmless, and the comparison of incineration technologies were made, finally the rotary kiln equipment was used. Based on the comparative study of the incineration flue gas emissions limits between European Union standards and Chinese national standards and analysis of the flue gas treatment technology, Chinese national standards were adopted. Combined with the engineering practice, the incineration and hue gas treatment process and design parameters of main equipment were introduced .
