摘  要:针对三峡库区某污水提升泵站因设计、建设不合理造成的泵站运行能耗偏高,以及设备故障频繁等实际情况,通过实施对泵站流量扬程精确核算、原有提升泵叶轮切削、集水池分区改造、出水管路优化布置等措施,既充分利用了泵站的原有设施,又有效降低了泵站的能耗,解决了提升泵故障频繁问题,优化了泵站的运行管理。There were defects such as high energy-consumption and frequent breakdown of equipment, which were caused by the initial low-level design and unreasonable construction in a sewage pumping station in Three Gorges reservoir area. After the renovation measures, such as accurate hydraulic calculation of sewage pump head and flow, pump impeller cutting, reservoir partition, pump outlet pipe adjustment, were taken, the total electricity consumption was effectively reduced, the frequent pump breakdown problems were solved, and the operation of pumping station was greatly optimized on the basis of its original facilities.
